AI consulting is the center of gravity right now.
I'm helping businesses rethink how they do business. Not as a bolt-on, but as a mindset shift in how the work itself gets done. The most interesting part isn't "adding AI" at all - it's sparking people's curiosity and redesigning operations around new capabilities, constraints, and opportunities.
