This is a now page: a snapshot of what I'm focused on at this point in life, not a full bio.
I'm mostly working at the intersection of AI tooling, agent workflows, and practical consulting. I also write articles, many of which will soon land on this blog. And I should do more networking. If you want to reach out, the contact links are in the sidebar.
Main Focus
AI consulting is the center of gravity right now.
I'm helping businesses rethink their business models and processes around AI, not as a thin layer on top, but as a change in how the work itself gets done. The interesting part is not "adding AI" but redesigning operations around new capabilities, constraints, and opportunities.
Tools For Myself
I like building small tools for myself.
- fz1 is one of those compact personal utilities.
- homebrew-changelog is another: a tiny tool with a very specific purpose, exactly the kind of thing I enjoy making.
Active Craft
- Personal assistant and co-subject, built on Claude Code. Why use OpenClaw, right?
- sliced-areas is moving toward version 3, now hand-crafted.
- multichat is a newer project: a multichat setup for many agents on OpenRouter.
Agent Tooling
Several current projects are really one area of exploration: tools for coding agents.
- claude-plugin-gmail is part of my Claude Code tooling work.
- claude-plugin-bookmarks and chrome-bookmarks-gateway belong together.
Cooling Down
- codex-web-local is not something I plan to keep pushing. Codex will likely cover that space soon, but the project already spawned forks and other people are building on top of it.
In The Background
There is also a space game in the background: Unreal Engine, 3D, shaders, a distinctive visual treatment of space, and a world model with room for many different kinds of activity.
I paused it because I hit a crisis in the gameplay mechanics, but I still think about it. Some projects are active work. Some stay alive below the surface.
